About the event
This course will prepare you to take control of your personal safety through understanding environmental and situational awareness, applying avoidance skills, and practicing effective self-defense techniques. Learn how to recognize, defuse, and escape, and if avoidance isn’t an option, effective self-defense techniques to prevernt yourself from becoming a victim.
