• Pre-Relocation Research: If the relocation is still in the exploratory phase, let us help identify and validate your preferred locations, considering state, city, town, and neighborhood rankings, crime statistics, and socio-economic factors.

• Crime Analysis: Receive an in-depth analysis of crime statistics and trends, including overall safety ratings, crime comparisons, specific crime incidents, and changes in crime and safety over the past year.

• Socio-Economic Factors: Review analysis of unemployment rates, per capita income, education levels, and homelessness to detail socio-economic influencers of potential locations.

• Environmental Factors: Anticipate natural disaster impacts, geography, topography, and environmental factors leading to necessary evacuation, as well as unusual insurance requirements.

Secure

• Vendor Vetting and Transit Safety: Vet moving and packing companies, map the safest travel routes, establish safety protocols for relocation, and secure your old and new homes during the move.

• Security Recommendations: Cross-check security systems vendors and review recommended alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and medical kits.

• Safety Procedures: Review family security procedures, establish emergency plans based on different emergency types, and identify evacuation routes and egress bags for family members and pets. Consider a complete vulnerability assessment on your new home.

Respond

• Preparedness Training and Instruction: Equip you and your family with the skills needed to handle emergencies confidently. Schedule in-home medical training (trauma and first aid), self-defense instruction (situational awareness and defense techniques), active awareness, and CPR certification for adults, children, and infants.

• Commute and Emergency Services: Map your daily commutes, identify potential danger areas, determine access to emergency services, and locate major medical and trauma centers.
