Join us for an interactive session where we’ll explore the core principles of leadership led by a former senior leader from a Special Mission Unit. During this 90-minute session, participants will actively process their definition of leadership and explore the leadership principles they value. Through immersive, guided activities, this course will cover How to Lead by understanding the leader, the led, and the current context or situation.

To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Cancellation and Rescheduling: Participants may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled course start time to receive a full refund or transfer their booking to a future date. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the course start time will not be eligible for a refund. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend the course without prior notice will forfeit the booking fee. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via lead@lsds.us. Your request must include your name, course name, and booking details. Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
