CONFERENCE SAFETY AND
SECURITY
Focus on the mechanics of your event while LSDS assess and prepares a prioritized safety and responsiveness assessment for your upcoming conference or convention. We deliver a capture of assessed risks with mitigation measures, checklists, and as necessary, key attendee information briefs to ensure you have a plan and know how to respond to emerging situations. By ensuring preparatory risk mitigation efforts are taken, your team can respond to a number of scenarios confidently and with increased awareness of resources to reduce risk to attendees.
METHODOLOGY
LSDS integrates into your existing event planning team to understand current infrastructure and response plans. We conduct a thorough and systematic approach to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security measures for the structure and immediate area associated with the venue. This includes an evaluation and analysis of the current capabilities to prevent and respond to crises, and any recommendations to enhance these.
