METHODOLOGY

OFFSITE:

A 1-3 day experience designed to physically and mentally engage. Curriculum will incorporate the strategy, design, and execution of your organization for a uniquely comprehensive event.

INCLUDED IN AN OFFSITE OR WORKSHOP EVENT:

• An experiential learning environment

• Set the conditions and coach through presentations where participants will present and receive graded feedback from peers/leaders on day 1

• Instruction from senior leaders on best practices associated with preparing, engaging, and communicating with senior leaders

• Instruction on communicating through briefings and reports to better understand enhanced communication methodology

• Key leader scenario-based and free-form engagements designed to challenge and grow leader capabilities designed to report impacts and effects while also addressing issues, shortcomings or operational challenges

• All lessons, materials, and logistics associated with delivering the workshop

• Closure reporting and leader follow-ups with company leadership and select other leaders to discuss organizational dynamics and recommendations for future professional development

• Closeout survey and results delivered to your leadership

WORKSHOP:

1-3 day duration topic-focused experience coordinated at normal business operation location.

RESULTS

The results of this workshop or offsite will be an increase in collaboration, confidence, problem solving, communication, and feedback application which will enhance organizational effectiveness.
