Our second annual LSDS Memorial Day 5K & 10K is just a couple days away! Lace up your running shoes and join Team LSDS on 28 May for a truly special Memorial Day event. Follow one of our routes below, or do a choose-your-own-adventure route with GPS watch.

Follow our marked routes for a 5K or 10K run/walk through downtown Southern Pines OR enjoy a choose-your-own-adventure route with GPS watch. Click on the links below to see maps for our 5K Route and our Easy: 1 Mile Loop.
The 10K route will be 2 x 5K. A water station will be set up at the halfway point for the 10K.

Why:
Remember and Honor. The 5K and 10K run & walk is a family event to honor America’s lost heroes. We remember all servicemen and servicewomen who died defending our country's safety and freedom.
LSDS is partnering with Scott’s Table restaurant to offer BBQ plates for $10 following your run.
