The Situation:
A fire broke out at the Notre-Dame cathedral in Paris.
According to French newspaper Le Monde, the fire broke out in the attic of the historic monument before spreading to engulf a large section of the roof.
Possible Effects:
Blocked roads
Increased traffic, especially the areas surrounding the Notre Dame
Increased presence of first responders and law enforcement
Large crowds
Mitigating Factors to Apply:
Avoid large crowds, which can attract unwanted attention
Allow extra time to travel to/from the airport, supplier, and accommodations
