Situation:
Tropical Storm Mun formed on the heels of Tropical Depression Egay and is expected to bring heavy rainfall (4-8 inches expected on Thursday) to southeastern China and northern Vietnam through Friday.
Flooding is biggest concern with possibility of mudslides in areas of rough terrain.
Mitigation Steps:
Monitor local media to track potentially dangerous weather and flood alerts
Make sure that electronics are fully charged in the event of power outages
Never drive through flooded areas
Avoid flooded areas altogether
Keep a supply of bottled water in the event that water supplies are compromised
