Bronze: For the Adventurers

Silver: For Business and Leisure Travelers

● Includes prep travel remote consultation with LSDS specialist and 4 traveler-specific concerns
Gold: For the Cognizant Traveler
● Perfect for travelers who have concerns about their destination and want real-time support throughout their trip
● Offers comprehensive situational assistance and peace of mind throughout your trip
METHODOLOGY
For Bronze support, submit your trip itinerary via website.
For Silver and Gold support, schedule a pre-departure travel safety consultation to discuss your trip itinerary and any specific concerns.
All travelers will receive an analysis of crime statistics and trends at their destination location as well as an executive summary of risk analysis and recommended practices.
Recommendations for anticipated impacts include:
● Holidays, large-scale events, and civil unrest
● Environmental factors and extreme weather
● Regional concerns - recent political instability, terrorism, and armed conflict
● Virus and disease outbreak status
● Passport, VISA, entry and exit information
Silver-level travelers will additionally receive safety and security notifications:
● Relevant Embassy and Consulate updates
● Airport closures or travel restriction updates
● Upcoming holidays or large-scale events
● Sudden or extreme weather and natural disaster forecasts
● Civil unrest, scheduled and ongoing
● Terrorism and armed conflict
● Other situations as they apply
Gold level travelers will receive Silver level offerings as well as:
● Real-time support from a designated specialist for the duration of your trip
● Situation assistance and additional services specific to your travel location
RESULTS
Travelers will receive pre-travel reports and updates during travel at a cadence determined by the Tier they select:
Bronze: 1x Country Assessment, 3-6 weeks before travel
Silver: 2x Country Assessments, 6 weeks and 3 weeks before travel, and relevant alerts delivered from 1 week before until end of travel
Gold: 3x Country Assessments 6, 3, and 1 week before travel, relevant alerts, and ongoing trip support and assistance as needed
Dates/Planning Consideration
Submit itinerary or schedule intake call 8 weeks prior to trip to receive timely location updates.
Travel services are for up to 14 consecutive days of travel
