Updated on 21 October 2019

The Situation:

Farmers plan to protest Tuesday, 22 October, against agri-bashing, anti-pesticide orders,

and draft free trade agreements. Two unions, the FNSEA and the JA, are calling for rallies

from 09:00-12:00 outside of several cities across France.

After blocking roads on October 8, farmers still plan some snail operations, but mostly

gatherings.

  • Increased traffic, especially near city centers and government buildings
