Truck drivers are planning to protest across South Korea beginning 24 November, Previous strikes have caused commercial and shipping disruptions with continued strikes resulting in disruptions to goods transport and notably fuel.
Additionally, public transport workers from 14 sectors including airports, hospitals, and railways will begin striking on 23 November. Transport and business disruptions are likely.
Travelers should avoid demonstrations and confirm all travel plans prior to departure including transportation to and from the airport and potential congestion along planned routes of travel.
